We endeavour to represent at all times the most up-to-date information available from these sources which themselves have been provided by third parties. While every effort is made in preparing material for publication on our website, we cannot be held responsible for the consequences of any error or omissions in the information, nor do we warrant or represent:
a) the completeness, consistency or accuracy of the information published on our website or any site to which these pages connect; or

Accordingly, you are wholly responsible for assessing whether the website and the information available on the website is suitable for your purposes.

We reserve the right to discontinue or alter any or all of our website services, and to stop publishing our website, at any time in our sole discretion and save to the extent that our terms and conditions expressly provide otherwise, you will not be entitled to any compensation or other payment upon the discontinuance or alteration of any website services, or if we stop publishing our website.
Benefacts future is still uncertain. We understand that discussions are ongoing between Government departments about transitional supports, but as it stands Benefacts will cease operating on December 31st and our databases will no longer be updated or publicly available.
Our thanks to everyone who has already shared a message of support or contacted the Government to make them aware of the value of our services.
